Beal Botanical Garden is the oldest, continuously operated university botanical garden in the United States and illuminates the interconnectedness between people, plants and place. The collections in this living laboratory facilitate research and education while enhancing the wellbeing of garden visitors.
With your support, the Beal Botanical Garden will continue to be an oasis in the heart of MSU’s campus.
Help to maintain the garden and the natural landscape, by supporting the plant collections and the restoration of the Red Cedar riverside.
Support Beal Scholars, a group of student interns who gain valuable experience through paid opportunities at the garden.
Give to cornerstone programs that activate and enliven the garden, such as “Music and the Garden” and “Nurture Your Roots.”
If you are considering a targeted gift or including Beal Garden in your estate plans, please contact Liz Ivkovich, senior director of advancement, at lgi@msu.edu.
