Women’s Leadership Institute Gender Pay Equity Scholarship
The Women’s Leadership Institute at Michigan State University is a collaborative effort between MSU, alumni, professional women, and current students.
WLI has been designed to support and empower women students with leadership aspirations. We ignite women leaders with a vision of advancing leadership equity for women globally through thought leadership, creating a sustainable community, and providing high quality programming for our students, faculty and MSU community.

The WLI Gender Pay Equity Scholarship Competition will provide the following learning objectives:
- Opportunities for virtual experiential learning through mock interviews
- Increased professional development with professional presentation and interview skills
- Networking/engaging with powerful women leaders.
Support for the WLI Gender Equity Scholarship will allow for multiple students to receive awards based on their submissions, as well as increase the amount per award. Your support can make a difference to these scholarship recipients!

Molly McCoy is the Founder of hrQ (now a Landrum HR Company), an HR firm that provides exceptional HR talent and human capital consulting to organizations nationally. Molly is a proud Spartan and graduate of the MSU Broad College of Business. She has been active in Spartan events in the Denver area through the Women’s Leadership Institute, and Women entrepreneurs.
