Kellogg Biological Station Conservation Legacy Fund
Now more than ever discretionary, multi-use funds are a lifeline to many organizations, including KBS. The Conservation Legacy Fund (CLF) at KBS pays for program equipment, facility upgrades, and maintenance, supporting our quality educational tours, community workshops, events, and internships, both in-person and online.
Your gift to the Conservation Legacy Fund will be used to add a lakeside camera to Wintergreen Lake at the Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Program guests can log-on from home or the classroom to view the camera and see what birds are on the lake, observe exciting nest building, and migration! This camera will be incorporated in our programs, events and tours.
A $10,000 match is available! And since the CLF supports equipment, upgrades, events and internships your gift will support more than the camera installation, it will also fund programming and internships at KBS in 2021 as well!
