Every year, Michigan State University celebrates Asian Pacific Islander Desi American/Asian (APIDA/A) Heritage Month. This event honors the diverse identities, histories and cultures of the APIDA/A community. APIDA/A Heritage Month is celebrated nationally in May. At MSU, events run from March 14 to April 15, allowing students to connect with one another on campus.  We are honored to recognize the APIDA/A community's role in US history and on MSU's campus.

The Asian Pacific American Student Organization (APASO) raises funds for various projects, such as scholarships, mental health initiatives and cultural events that honor and support Spartan students.
