SUPPORT VETERANS AT MSU

The Veterans Resource Center exists to provide a space to support students, faculty and staff who have served in all the branches of the armed forces or are dependents or supporters of those who served. The program has a variety of options for individuals who are interested in getting involved.

Your financial support is vital to expanding the mission of the Veterans Resource Center. Your gift will make an impact for all of the veterans at Michigan State.

You can make a difference! Gifts can be designated to support:

MSU offers multiple scholarships for veteran students. The Lou Bender scholarship supports veteran students with financial need. The Doane Family endowment provides two scholarships to students, one for veteran students pursing study abroad opportunities and the other for students in financial need.

PEER ADVISORS

The center provides veteran students with peer advisiors. Current veteran students have the chance to connect and advise new veteran students at the university. Students genuinely feel supported by the program, and it gives veterans a chance to give back to the program by becoming an advisor.
