Women in Entrepreneurship -
WE Spring Trip
Women in Entrepreneurship was founded in 2015 with the goal of enhancing the knowledge and providing opportunities for women to develop their entrepreneurial skills. The real-life experience of connecting with accomplished alumni and entrepreneurs in new communities can expand connections and inspire students.
This year we hope to send a group of student leaders from WE to Miami.
We need financial help for airfare, lodging and traveling expenses. Since we are an official MSU student club, we function off pure donations and self-fundraising. We hope to boast our chapter connections with alumni and members for years to come.
Your Support Will Make a Big Difference
This project will give Women in Entrepreneurship a chance to explore entrepreneurship communalities through meeting and connecting with MSU alumni and entrepreneurial professionals. The Spring trip includes students to explore a new city, tour companies, and gain insightful experiences from entrepreneurial minded speakers.
The funds for this project will go directly towards the travel expenses for this trip. Each donation can get us closer to help fund the costs for airfare, lodging and transportation for our members.
Who We Are
Women in Entrepreneurship was formed by a group of ambitious women at Michigan State University to inspire and empower women interested in entrepreneurship. Coming from different backgrounds, we want to share how entrepreneurship is not exclusive to a single major, gender, or race. Instead, it means integrating talents of those with diverse interests in order to take risks and develop a business venture. The team we have created stands behind supporting women and innovation. We are transparent in our discussions and ideas because we want to lead the conversation in how women can gain momentum in the entrepreneurship world. We want to change the way the professional world views women, especially the youth that are the pioneers, inventors, and leaders of our future.
