Support the Spartan Child Development Center
Since 1971, the Spartan Child Development Center (SCDC) has provided exceptional care where children are nurtured for their uniqueness and encouraged to thrive. We are excited to be part of the rich MSU community where families from different backgrounds can come together to learn, grow, and thrive.
SCDC is committed to providing a multi-cultural, nonsexist, and nonviolent atmosphere. The curriculum is play-based and child-centered. Teachers develop lesson plans that support the ideas and interests of the children. Experiences are provided that meet the individual learning needs of the children and support growth in four key developmental areas: social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and language.
