Millie and Steve Smith invite you to join them for a conversation with MSU President Samuel L. Stanley Jr., M.D. and fellow Georgia Spartans. This unique opportunity for alumni and friends in Georgia will allow you to be part of an interactive discussion about current events and the future of Michigan State University.

    Former Michigan State University All-American and NBA All-Star Steve Smith and his wife Millie have donated more than $3.1 million to MSU to establish the Clara Bell Smith Student-Athlete Academic Center and a scholarship for Detroit Pershing High School students. They also served as honorary chairpersons of MSU’s Sparty Project, a successful campaign to preserve the original ceramic statue and replace it with a bronze replica.
